Passionate about and experienced in various styles of contemporary dance, with a natural flair and rhythm that allows me to perform with confidence and finesse; making use of my body and movements to captivate, communicate, entertain and excite both spectators and my dance partner(s) alike.I have competed in and won multiple dance competitions at a regional level, specialising in freestyle. I am a fast learner and can adapt my dance routines and techniques in conjunction with choreographic planning and instruction. My energetic, vibrant and enthusiastic approach has been an asset when teaching dance students and sharing my ideas, knowledge and skills; as well as when performing at events and social functions.I am actively maintaining a portfolio of my achievements in this field and am currently enrolled on a course with the Open University studying theoretical principles of dance at an academic level, whilst also regularly attending local dance groups to broaden and practice my skills in both performing and teaching.I have wide experience in working with the general public in a number of different roles; however, dancing is my passion and I am here to explore opportunities for focusing on this as a vocational path.
