During my time as an Account Manager at Atomic Coffee in Auckland, I was responsible for managing a portfolio of customers and ensuring their needs were met effectively. Additionally, I worked closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth. My role as an Account Manager allowed me to further develop my communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills while delivering exceptional service to customers.Before my role as an Account Manager at Atomic Coffee, I have a strong background in cafe management, spanning over a decade. During this time, I worked with Woozoo Hospitality Group, where I played a significant role in the opening of three cafe sites. I was responsible for overseeing the front-of-house teams, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering exceptional customer service. My experience in cafe management allowed me to develop strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry.
