Within this role my main responsibilities were processing VAT reconciliations, inputs and outputs for the company on a monthly and quarterly basis. Processing information on intrastat relating to trade in goods between EU member states. The calculation of payroll for the weekly staff as well as maintaining a staff attendance log and recording sickness and holiday. Working alongside the Chairman and Directors on a daily basis providing support where required. Processing invoices and credits for customers, as well as processing payments onto the computer system. Maintaining a high level of customer service at all times with clients, auditors and other internal and external customers.
