"Open Altra Economia". Open "Altra Economia" (OAE) is a national funded R&D project aiming at releasing and experimenting with Open Data and free applications to advance the cause of alternative and participatory economy in the city of Rome and the whole Lazio region. "Altra Economia" is an economic structure whose main principles are based on equity, solidarity, efficiency and sustainability.Database Creation and CRUD website.- Usage of ETL tools (Pentaho kettle) to fill the DB from different sources (csv files, xls files, Db tables).- Using Spring Roo to create the database from a model entities (JPA were exploited).- Using Spring Roo to simplify the creation of a site that can offer the possibility of data manipulation via CRUD services generated by Spring Roo.

Tim Cloud. An android application based on sharing and saving in the cloud multimedia contents. I've been working on revamping the gallery section which allows to navigate the cloud and show images with the chance of zooming.

Roma Capitale. Official informative android app of the city of Rome (available on Google Play). Designed for rome citizens to learn the latest news about the city, including shows and ZTL times.- LinearLayout extended to create a view to display heavy traffic areas.- SaxParse usage to receive XML data.- 9-Patch image generation.- Facebook and Twitter integration for sharing news.

Trenitalia. Android Tablet app for the document management. Intended exclusively for the Trenitalia staff for the receiving and displaying docs.- Content provider usage for the login management.- Folder navigation handling for the docs viewing. The navigation has been handled with the native action bar tabs system.- Activity - fragment communication management for the navigation through folders.- ORMLite usage for storing users data, docs and metadata associated and navigation folders.- Alarm, Service and Broadcast receiver usage for the background updating system.- Android native notification usage to inform the user about the current state of downloading docs.

• Editing a Liferay theme.• Android "medical app" development called "Telemedicina". The app, based on fragments, receives data through bluetooth connections with medical devices, such as scale and blood pressure. The info received are parsed with the usage of bit shifting and filtering (bit mask).
