Planning team :following dedicated process of synchronization between Marketing, Sales and SupplyChain for planning, ordering and distributing Accessories and Service Parts.- coordinating the Market Sales demand to meet stock availability, anticipatingprocurement to support commercial forecast in the mid and long term.- ensures that the gaps and overlaps are addressed, and issues appropriately escalatedto meet business objectives in partnership with the Marketing and Sales Teams- achieve a proper integration of all the involved functions, coordinating Supply Chaindedicated inter-functional teams in order to achieve the commercials targets evaluatingopportunities to maximize the revenues- with the support of the Information Systems organization – I define, design, and leadthe implementation of the tools necessary to support the newly established supply chainorganization and processes- age stock management, order management and invoicing management- coordinate the End of Month activities developing new tools to ensure timelymeasurement, reporting, and visibility status for functional stakeholders
