Lucas Parsons professional golfer and 2009 MasterChef Australia Finalist is the executive chef/owner...Established in December 2008 inside the renowned T's Book Shop, the cafe is the brainchild of Lucas & Simone Parsons. Lucas, a professional golfer, travelled extensively throughout Europe, Asia and America and developed a passion for all things food, coffee and wine. Entering into the inaugural series of MasterChef Australia in 2009, Lucas' determination, talent and palate saw him become a finalist out of 7,500 entries.After an extensive renovation and a change in trading hours, the cafe was relaunched on Monday 30th May 2011 with an exciting new gourmet menu, featuring breakfast, lunch and other delicious goodies. Focusing on seasonal quality fresh produce, Lucas's menu includes select ingredients from his home town Orange which is famous for it's Olive Oil, Vineyards and Orchards.
