Engaged in a small team in Film Distributionen, where I worked with UX in relation to Nordisk Films streaming services: Dansk Filmskat, Min Bio, NF Selected and Nordisk Film.• Identified user needs through research, data collection and data analysis. The collected data was used as the basis for a range of personas and user journeys. • Developed clickable prototypes of new features in Invision, which served as material for both user tests and development. • Prepared and conducted several user tests, where prototypes of new features, content and layout were tested through the think-aloud method. • Performed QA-test when new features were developed and implemented on existing services. • Had close contact with external developers, where I delivered user stories that served as specs for them to develop and implement new features. Furthermore, I worked with planning and creating content marketing for use on social media.

Hired to oversee UX development in Benjamin Creatives bid in SEAS-NVEs tender for a new communication platform. • Based on material from SEAS-NVE and thorough desk-research, I defined four user segments with individual user journeys. • Planned and facilitated workshops with the aim of generating ideas for the new communication platform. • Turned some of the ideas into wireframes and packshots that was used in the bid.

Hired to work on a UX project for YouAndX, who wanted a new website. In close collaboration with YouAndX, I planned and facilitated workshops with both clients and users of the future website. Data collected from the workshops served as foundation for a list of user needs that defined and shaped wireframes for the entire site.

Fulltime intern in a period of 5 months, where I was a part of the department Digital that focus on UX Design. • Fully allocated on Netcompanys IPO, where I developed wireframes for their entire investor site and a new IA. Furthermore, I worked closely with a Digital Designer to renew Netcompanys design identity, such as colors and use of graphic elements. This work can be seen in my attached portfolio. • Planned and facilitated workshops with clients, where methods as card sorting were used. Furthermore, I was responsible for analyzing the data and presenting it to the clients. • Analyzed online user behavior that had been collected through Hotjar. • Responsible for QA-test on several projects, where I worked closed together with the developers.
