• Work alongside the Project Manager to manage scope, budget and deadlines.• Facilitate or participates as Subject Matter Expert in customisation workshops.• Complete internal and project documentation as required (e.g. technical specifications).• Prepare and deliver technical training to client HR users; support client technical teams in knowledge transfer activities.• Analyse and make appropriate recommendations on technical design tasks.• Technically implements the solutions designed and developed by the team and the consultant.• Provide expert implementation, development and product support knowledge to customers across the UK.• Strong knowledge of Data Migration process, including data mapping, data transfer and data cleansing.• Manage scoping, planning and resourcing of the overall technical deliverable.• Produce a detailed delivery plan and track project deliverable including contingency plans in the event of delays. • Continuously monitor progress against plan and produce timely project reports to the detail and frequency required to feed into the overall project.• Be accountable for budget management liaising with Project Managers in order to understand, develop and agree budget.• Define delivery tasks and resource requirements, effectively coordinating with Project Managers and the resource manager (PSO Director) to ensure adequate levels of resource and skills are available in a timely fashion.• People Management responsibilities, e.g. setting team goals, delegating tasks and setting deadlines, developing peopleMain Languages used: JavaScript, jQuery, Visual Basic, HTML, SQL, CSS, XML.
