I have substantial experience throughout 24 years as a police officer working with communities, customers, and colleagues, I practice relevant and impactful methods to affect cultural change and lead teams, ensuring alignment of employees with organisational values and objectives.I am an accredited mediator with expertise in managing workplace conflicts, delivering alternative dispute resolution processes across the organisation. I have a firm understanding of contemporary P&C practices and Australian workplace legislation, awards, and agreements and HR systems. I lead and advise workplace performance discussions, influencing leaders with a focus on genuine conversations, ensuring alignment with corporate strategies and business plans. I manage complex employee grievances practicing the highest level of confidentiality and sensitivity. Facilitating training I easily connect with an audience, presenting confidently to small or large groups, identifying trends and have a focus on organisation objectives within the learning and development domain.
