Current Human Resource student attending the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology to complete my Bachelor of Business Human Resource management degree. While learning more about Human Resources I have developed a greater interest for it, while learning different strategies, policies, or even practices, it brings forward a greater level of analytical skills to truly understand Human Resources. At NAIT, we are shown many skills we may need while working in our specialized profession, I am ecstatic to learn more about HR and to understand what it takes to work in the field. I am a committed learner who strives on real life practices and ways we can improve the workplace as well as the reputation of HR. I am a dedicated individual seeking to learn more about HR everyday, and how it positively impacts all business.
