An experienced and dedicated HR professional with experience of creating and leading a forward-thinking HR department including writing and delivering a People Strategy, developing and leading an HR advisory support system to provide employment law advice and support to both the Diocesan office, the charity Together for Change, and Parish lay staff across the whole Coventry Diocese, creation and delivery of an employee benefits package, and everything else that encompasses a HR Generalist role.
