Key responsibilities/Deliverables:• In consultation with Board and CEO, develop the strategic direction of all operating services• Responsibility and accountability for all day-to-day operations through a team of Operations Managers including: - Budget development and management - Development and delivery of operational and business plans (including growth) - Service excellence• Responsibility and accountability for Quality, Governance and Risk business function including: - Compliance to all regulatory frameworks (NDIS, Aged Care, Specialised Homelessness, Mental Health, Child Safety and Housing) - Critical incident response and management

Key responsibilities/Deliverables:• Development of program and project management artifacts to assist in successful delivery of organisational change agenda.• Strategic review of organisational COVID-19 Response and Business Continuity Planning and delivery of Vaccination Policy.• Strategic review of operating business functions to identify opportunities for improvements in operational efficiency and effectiveness resulting in: - New Target Operating and Service Delivery Models - Implementation of Centralised Rostering function - Executive Business Plan for growth and expansion of NDIS Outreach and Centre Based Services into Southeast QLD.

Key responsibilities/Deliverables:• Embed sustainable, profitable and ‘forward looking’ operations after a period of rapid growth from start up approved provider in 2015 to operating 10 RACFs in under 5 years with significant future growth in immediate pipeline. - Leverage underpinning expertise in aged care regulatory tools and frameworks, operating principles, practices, processes to drive business performance and service excellence across 10 x RACFs - Responsibility for overall operations: Operational, workforce and financial management etc within a resident-centric focus by providing frameworks, policy and guidelines to work with and within and through leading, mentoring and coaching of the State and Clinical Governance and Performance Teams - Meet Executive and Board set KPI’s and targets - Engage and motivate a diverse team across a large, interstate geographical footprints (Nth QLD and SA)
