My name is Simone Thompson; I currently work at Checkers as an Admin Manager and I have previous experience working in a catering company, Stafford's Quality Food as Quality Controller in which I did their Dekra audit as well as audit for McDonalds.  As the Admin Manager at Checkers, I handle staffing, payroll, Occupational Health and Safety as well as Customer Service.  Through my experience I have learnt to tackle problems with a fresh and open mind.  I have a positive attitude; confidence, excellent communication skills and work efficiently.As a driven individual who wants to progress, I am now looking to work in an energetic and performance driven environment.
