Responsible for further developing Rabo Foundation's impact models, analysing our impact data, and creating useful insights for Rabo Foundation and its partners. Through measuring, monitoring and managing our impact we aim to maximise our contribution to a better world for our target groups.

Responsible for analysing and developing procurement and supply chain KPIs for the Global Fund Pooled Procurement Mechanism (PPM) and the Global Drug Facility (GDF).The main objective is to signal issues, trends, deviations in the data, and identify areas for improvement to drive business performance and ensure a high level of data integrity. This involves close coordination with a wide range of people in the organisation, including the programme managers, IT developers, supply chain specialists and finance controllers to solve problems that are identified in the data, develop new KPIs and drive business improvements. Further, as analyst I act as a bridge between business and IT; obtaining a full understanding of business needs to be able to translate them to clear and concise specifications for our technical developers. I test any changes to our reporting dashboard and coordinate with the business users to ensure they are fully in line with requirements before bringing any changes to the live environment. Findings from the data or more complex, technical data issues I communicate to the team or management in a clear manner appropriate for the target group to drive further improvements. With appropriate communication, coordination, problem-solving skills and a strong sense of accuracy I maintain high quality data and drive continuous improvement throughout the organisation.

Responsible for the coordination and submission of large tender bids in order for IDA to gain new (and extend existing) contracts for the procurement of pharmaceuticals, medical supplies and medical kits.Specifically, responsible for coordination with all internal departments from preparation upon (or before) receipt of the bid documents, clarifying technical specifications with the customer, compiling all input in line with the specific tender requirements, writing the proposal, and ensuring timely and complete submission of the financial and technical bid.Upon award, responsible for setting up the project framework and handover to the operational team.

Handling reporting requests from all across the organisation, incl. stock management, supply chain, sales and finance. Making data extracts from our ERP system Navision using Exsion software, and preparing reports in Excel for users to easily grasp the essence of the data.During the implementation of our new ERP system JD Edwards, also taking on the position of Key-user for reporting alongside my role as analyst. Responsible for setting up the KPI framework, translating business requirements for implementation into Qlikview, the new reporting software.

CSR & Sustainability Research on the Food Industry

As part-time member (15-20 hours/week) I was a student coach for Dutch students who wanted to go abroad on an internship with AIESEC. My tasks included marketing, doing selection interviews according to the CORE method, coaching exchange participants throughout their searching process, and 'reintegration' after their return. Additional responsibilities included organizing and presenting the information evenings and one of the mandatory preparation evenings for our students.

I worked on improving the marketing of the NGO (situated in a favela in Belo Horizonte) with a focus on creating and updating the content for a new, more professional website. I also organized a cultural event for the community and worked in a portuguese-speaking environment.
