Managing the team including - Marketing / PR- Homepage and Social Media- Cutting mixtapes and videos- Coaching the team (training, choreographies)- Costumes

- Conception of video clips for local TV station- Writing texts- Presenting in front of camera- Cutting videos- Social Media

- Coordinating the day-to-day activities, managing all aspects of project set-up, execution and delivery - Overseeing and advising project members of the team and delegating work to the team - Ensuring that issues are proactively dealt with - Ensure the project is completed on time and to budget - Finding new ways of working, time efficiency and prevention of waste in the office area

- General administrative duties including travel arrangements, typing, presentation preparation- Coordination and administration of all appointments and tasks for management team- Organization, preparation of internal and external meetings and events - Pre-selection of incoming mail and requests according to priority and responsibilities- Correspondence in English and German
