• Collect samples in the field to extract cosmogenic radionuclide Be-10 concentrations for geochronology along active faults.• Grind samples to 250-500 μm sized grains using a rock crusher, grinder, and siv to be processed geochemically. • Geochemically separate the quartz from the sample grains in the geochemistry lab using acids.• Dry the quartz grains in an oven and use a Franz to separate them from magnetic minerals.

• Using ArcGIS, mapped an area of semi-circular landforms on Mars and compared them to 5 possible interpretations for circular features.• Measured the circumference of the rims and smooth edges with Google Mars and created a table of these measurements in Excel. • Determined the number of coalesced cones and pits using CTX images and examined the 5 possible interpretations for occurrences of this anomaly. • Created a table for each of the 5 possible interpretations with their key characteristics and plotted the data obtained for inspection.
