I started as an agronomist and winery consultant and then held roles within Frescobaldi, a historic wine producer in Tuscany. In the company I started with Order Management and then added Production and Distribution Scheduling around the world. I then changed my work objective from management to business growth. Today I am Wine Market Innovation and Culture Manager; I create commercial value by bringing the peculiar and exceptional culture of the Frescobaldi brand into the sales phase (culture explains the uniqueness of the product). Together with market analysis, the "Culture" approach aims to activate a booster in the minds of sellers.I train human resources in order to achieve a common vision, and I implement leadership through the gift economy.At the same time, I participate as a speaker in seminars and conferences in Italy and abroad on the theme of value creation in the food sector.The theme of sustainability guides my choices and the initiatives I implement.
