I started my own consulting business during my studies, successfully balancing my university commitments with my professional responsibilities. This experience has allowed me to apply autonomously what I’ve learned from past experiences and my academic journey, integrating strategic expertise in business management and finance with a hands-on approach. I focus on providing companies with comprehensive support in digital transformation, process optimization, and securing non-repayable public funds, while also assisting them in obtaining tax benefits and identifying tailored solutions to better manage their finances.In my work, I optimize companies’ tax positions, helping them avoid unnecessary or easily avoidable taxes. My approach not only enhances operational efficiency and drives innovation but also ensures that businesses unlock growth opportunities. As I navigate this path, I’m becoming more aware of what it truly means to be a business owner, a journey that will undoubtedly provide me with invaluable insights as I grow older. My goal is to deliver customized solutions that not only address current challenges but also position businesses for long-term success in an evolving market landscape.

In this role, I was responsible for designing and managing bespoke financial products, particularly in the areas of life/death insurance, asset protection, and investment strategies. I provided tailored financial consulting to both individual clients and businesses, conducting in-depth assessments of their financial goals and risk profiles to recommend suitable solutions. I also oversaw the full underwriting process, leveraging Generali S.p.A.’s proprietary software to issue financial products. In addition to handling claims and coordinating with assessment offices, I worked closely with colleagues and supervisors in team meetings, training, and strategic discussions. A key aspect of the role involved nurturing strong client relationships, conducting both in-person and virtual meetings via Zoom and Google Meet to ensure their financial objectives were achieved.

This was my first real work experience, working for the family business, although I had already been involved during summers, assisting my father on various construction sites and in meetings. I was responsible for preparing construction sites, including setting up the area, inspecting tools and equipment, and installing safety fencing before work began. I managed materials and maintained relationships with suppliers, overseeing the receipt, unloading, and transportation of equipment and supplies to the site. Effective communication and teamwork were essential, as I regularly coordinated with specialized and general site personnel to align activities and resolve issues. My role also required strong manual skills, handling both simple and complex tasks that demanded good dexterity. I demonstrated leadership by organizing and managing the workforce efficiently, and I applied problem-solving skills to analyze complex situations, identify potential solutions, and resolve issues on-site.
