I plan the homologation activities for all vehicles and brands of the Stellantis group. I plan and monitor the homologation process in all its phases: from the budget forecast for each activity to the planning of the tests to be carried out in the various laboratories and of the related digital documents to be signed by the authority of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transportation.The position requires good organizational and project/program management skills and a dynamic and proactive personality to seek quickly effective solutions. Moreover, the job requires the daily communication with the officials of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transportation and with other international actors.

I supported the Consulting area in the development of customized solutions for automotive and utility companies. My main activities were: interaction with customers, project planning, business quality and process analysis, work progress report (SAL) management and communication and, finally, use of CRM software.The activities that I have followed have consolidated my competences of analysis and optimization of the processes. In addition, I was taught and trained about improvement of customer and employee experience.
