For the last 15 years, I have been a Vice President at Rockline Industries, running one of our Business Units which specialises in Contract Manufacturing for blue-chip FMCG partners. Consumer Packaged Goods brands need to expand their brand portfolio, so my team and I design, develop and deliver beautiful products which delights their consumers. This results in increased brand equity, revenues and profits.In total, I have 30 years experience in the Consumer Products industry, of which over 12 years were spent in wet wipe Operations, and 18 years in Sales, Business Development and Project Management. I led Rockline's EU Sales group and recruited and led UK, French and Australasian sales network.Whilst running EU Operations for Rockline, I gained huge experience in Manufacturing of wipes, leading procurement and installation of production lines, setting up QA systems, leading the R&D team and also running all Sourcing teams. Extensive industry knowledge gained around all wipe raw materials, manufacturing capabilities, Product Development and commercial considerations.
