Contract Role - Midland HR implementationSimon project managed the upgrade of Working Links HR systems, covering HR, Payroll, Self Service and reporting. His project management skills encompassed specifications of requirements and business case development for the selection and procurement of solutions, through implementation of a pilot to prove the chosen technology solution, development of interfaces and into full rollout. The project delivered very successfully within time and budget.

Consultancy role Simon provided Programme/Project Management services in relation to Multi National Service projects for two of Ceridian's clients in the Retail Sector.
