Contract Role - Midland HR Implementation, Simon Led the introduction of new HR, Payroll, Flexible Benefits and Employee Self Service Systems, from the development of business cases through to successful implementation. His role involved managing the project through end-to-end delivery, including collaboration across multiple business functions.
