Managing Partner: Responsibilities include firm leadership including developing and executing vision, strategy, sales, while managing the overall operations of the firm including financial reporting, human resources, contract negotiations as well as managing and delivering consulting engagements. Major Clinton Rubin clients have included the United Nations, Price Waterhouse, Grant Thornton, Infor, Penn State Health, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, Blank Rome, Bon Secours, Nobel Learning Communities, David’s Bridal, Casenet, Wellmed, Health Strategies Group, Pet Valu, St Peters Health, Shire Pharmaceuticals, SEPTA, and the University of Pennsylvania.

Managed the business side of the law firm including Finance, Human Resources, Technology, Marketing, Office Administration, and Legal Operations. Developed a three year strategic plan, instituted a cost reduction program, Implemented a cross departmental selling initiative and served as a non-voting member on the Board.

KPMG LLP was one of the world’s top 5 accounting and consulting firms, spun off the $2B KPMG Consulting business which went public in 2001 and changed its name to BearingPoint in 2003. Responsibilities continually increased over the 8 year period culminating with the Co-leadership of the Firm’s premier SAP consulting business. All roles included both internal P&L responsibilities and customer delivery responsibilities serving many Fortune 500 organizations. Served on the Firm’s Leadership Committee, the Global SAP Leadership Committee, the Financial Services Leadership Committee and the Firm’s Outsourcing Solutions Leadership Committee.

Assisted with the start up of the North East U.S. Region of the SAP consulting business. Introduced the strategy of integrating business process re-engineering and return on investment analysis into the SAP consulting delivery and sales process resulting in the business growing to over 100 consultants in less than two years. Unique engagements included the design of a European administrative service center for Crown Cork and Seal which would combine multiple European country administrative centers to a single location reducing administrative overhead costs and enabling the organization to act as a single unit in Europe and the design of an environment to enable Uniroyal Chemical to obtain a global view of inventory to significantly reduce inventory levels and improve customer satisfaction levels by clearly defining inventory availability levels.
