My journey has been marked by a diverse array of experiences across the travel and sales sectors. My expertise spans Business Management, Team Development and Leadership, Domestic & International Customer Satisfaction, Call Center Management, Trade Show Planning and Coordination, and Event Planning.As the US Director of Reservations at El Monte RV, my focus is on RV rentals. I am responsible for leading our domestic call center and international reservation teams, ensuring that our customers’ RV rental experiences exceed expectations. My role extends to managing both domestic and international rates and conditions, reflecting our commitment to customer satisfaction. Since 2016, El Monte RV has proudly been a part of Tourism Holdings Limited, further enriching our service offerings and industry presence.
