I am an IT Business Partner with 8+ years of experience including 2 years in the specific role.I am the main liaison between Operations and IT, gathering requirements, keeping track of developments, creating documentation and user guides, providing first and second level support, making sure deadlines are met and trying to test and break the product so that the end customer doesn’t break it.I’ve always worked in extremely stressful and competitive environments around Italy and Europe (WMS implementations for fast fashion and luxury fashion ecommerce), I love all things tech and I’m interested in getting my hands in the game everywhere.During these years I’ve supported the analysis and the implementation of multiple warehouses across the whole Europe by:1. Following the whole WMS SDLC from Unit Tests to UAT2. Analyzing customer demand, find a common ground and provide the solution through new software releases or configurations3. Providing on‑site training and documentation to WMS Key Users across Europe4. Providing hypercare L1 and L2 support5. Finding and fixing, together with developers, software bugsAt home I have a small homelab where I enjoy trying and experimenting with things (virtualizations, devops, new frameworks, active directory...), I also am an amateur programmer and like to throw hours into automating things that take 5 minutes.I work very well in teams, I like to listen to what everyone on the team has to say but I am not afraid to make my own decision and take responsibility.I have an analytical mind, I am ambitious and look for realities full of capable people from whom I can enrich myself both as a person and as a professional and where I can make a difference.In my spare time I read, play with my homelab and pay to lift weights
