• Responsible for tactical processes to support affiliate programs for seven major advertisers.• Build and analyze weekly performance and ad-hock reports.• Link and newsletter creation to communicate advertiser promotions.• Daily communication with advertisers to execute program initiatives, and meet performance goals• Frequent publisher outreach to optimize individual performance and communicate advertiser goals and offers.

• Responsible for daily metric analysis of available data and reports to identify trends, challenges, and seasonal reoccurrences to maintain profitability for a region generating over three million dollars a year.• Manage, coach, and train seven venue managers and up to 120 seasonal staff on operational effectiveness, business processes, people management, sales, and photography.• Ensure the region is staffed appropriately. Provide guidance to managers on building optimal shift schedules with appropriate staff ratios while proactively managing payroll costs. • Build and maintain positive relationships with seven host venues through frequent touch points.• Assist in business projects and strategic initiatives such as but not limited to assisting in the planning and start up of new venues, operating the company hotline, and providing assistance to venues beyond assigned region.• Assist daily operations with inventory, equipment, staffing, training, and workflow.

• Organize and facilitate monthly meetings for artists to discuss ongoing practices and critique work.• Partner with Autotellic Studios to plan and host fundraising events.

• Maintain venue profitability and positive relationship with host venue management.• Train up to fifteen staff members on company workflow, policies and procedures.• Review and ensure proper reporting on day-to-day operations
