Originally from Perth, Australia, I am an experienced leader and coach with a successful track record of working in the Tennis and Racquet Sports facility management industry. Skilled in Sports, Facility Management (FM), Club Operations, Developing Teams, Event Coordination/Management and Sports Management as well as coaching and Event Management Training. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Racquet Sports Development at the USTA National Campus in Orlando, FL. I oversee five head professionals, a team of 35+ teaching professionals and nearly 100 courts across the campus including Tennis, Pickleball and Padel. The campus has over 250,000 visitors annually, 135+ programs that attract 2,000+ players per week as well as 300+ events per year. Prior to joining the USTA, I was the Managing Partner and Director of Racquets at the Taconic Sport & Racquet Club in Hopewell Junction, N.Y. Prior to that, I worked at Yonkers Tennis Center in Yonkers, N.Y., for 12 years, where I had multiple leadership roles including Director of Tennis and General Manager. I have been featured in USPTA Addvantage Magazine, USTA Infomercial - The Business of 10&U and Tennis Industry Magazine and have received several awards including 2024 PTR “Professional of the Year”, 2024 PTR “Allyship Award” for empowering female professionals, Tennis Industry “National Youth Provider of the Year,” USPTA Eastern “Facility Manager of the Year,” and was selected as a USTA Tennis Market Initiative (TMI) provider. I have also worked with clubs and facilities as a club consultant to increase their racquet sports programming revenue. My certifications include: UF Director of Racquet Sports Certificate, PTR, RSPA (former USPTA), USTA High Performance, Tennis Coaches Association Australia, IPTPA (Pickleball) and USPTA Padel.
