- Assisting clients with implementing and adopting new payroll and HR software solutions- Provide clients with the support and guidance to role out and fully maximise their investment in the new technology- Review and recommend new working practices and procedures to improve operational efficiency- working in conjunction with software suppliers to ensure that that the clients system is delivered in line with the business requirements document- Project management of HRIS systems implementations - Provide the client with a product expert in house to ensure that the solution delivered is in line with the business case- Assisting clients to procure new technology solutions and managing the procurement process and onward project management.
