At RBC GAM, I am responsible for the development, communication and execution of the sales strategy for the Enterprise Distribution Strategy (EDS) team in support of the RMFI Dealer network. I lead the annual planning process including establishing priorities, objectives, targets and ongoing tracking mechanisms.
