Responsible for management of Auckland's transport asset management information systems for all road, road structures and public transport facility assets (approximately $15 billion in value).Ably supported by a strong internal team and over 10 different consultants assisting with data and system improvement works. The asset systems team work closely with the rest of the Asset Management team as well as the delivery teams to support decision making with great information.

Responsible for the asset management of all of the council's $650 million roading & transportation assets, including 1,700 km of road. The management of these assets includes all short and long term planning as well as maintenance, operations and the management of professional services.

Mountbatten Consulting was set up to provide specialist consulting services for the Traffic Management Centre operations, emergency management, technology implementation and traffic operations industries.

Project managed, helped design and then implmented the CRM and Stakeholder Management System for the Auckland Motorway Alliance.

Sole responsibility for the running of the only full scale traffic management centre in New Zealand. This included establishing the right processes and support systems to ensure the operators could deliver the expected services effectively and efficiently.During this time the operation was totally reinvented, including doubling the size of the control room, the addition of traffic signals, busway and tunnel operations and doubling of the staff numbers.
