In charge of all operational requirements for the business: installation, clients, suppliers, overseeing the project management team, scheduling, supervision of site install teams, material costings and installation cost, logistics, feasibility reviews of projects, health and safety, client liaison, and after sales. Personally involved in excess of 350 projects, 16 projects a month at peak.
