They aren't designed to help people to learn the grey areas - interpersonal soft skills, navigating complex organisational challenges where there is no one right answer. I am commercialising years of research from learning scientists at top programs in the field to make it easy for experts to quickly create affordable, straight to the point learning modules that really work in a practical way.
