I also oversee the development and implementation of our talent acquisition strategy, which includes employer branding, diversity and inclusion, graduate recruitment, and talent pipeline management. Some of my achievements include winning the Best Graduate Recruitment Strategy award in 2012, expanding our talent network across Europe, Middle East, and Africa, and launching a new career website and referral program.
