Tools produced pertain to planetary limb detection (a special method was created and implemented to improve existing edge detection results) and co-addition of composite images (a tool that generates a linear function to make seams between images negligible was designed). All of the programming was done in the Interactive Data Language (IDL), and graphical widgets were created to enable widespread future usability of the tools (particularly for the Juno mission, which began orbit in 2016). I wrote a research report and gave a presentation to several groups at JPL titled "Automating Reduction for Infrared Images of Jupiter." -
