Rectified burn-in board loading and unloading procedure by updating SOP and re-training operators.Responsibilities: ► Supervising technicians to ensure safe, efficient burn-in operation and maintaining the burn-in chambers and boards.► Performing preventive maintenance and repair of burn-in chambers such as validating the temperature uniformity of the oven and troubleshooting the burn-in driver.► Reviewing burn-in plans such as incoming shipment schedule for new devices and burn-in boards, device sample size to undergo burn-in test trial, oven allocation, burn-in temperature and duration configuration with a key client for new devices.► Reporting weekly and monthly to operation manager and customer on 48 burn-in chambers utility and over 20 products burn-in yield. These reports included operational equipment effectiveness and first pass yield.► Conducting 2 burn-in trials with sample size of 200 devices for new device and continuous monitoring before transferring to production.

Responsibilities: ► Researching and compiling resources on hydrogen fluoride wastewater treatment techniques such as aluminium-solubility method, tubular membrane filter modules, crystallization, electro coagulation and adsorption by activated alumina. ► Conducting Jar Test to select and quantify the chemical treatment in the existing water treatment.► Setting up procedure for laboratory jar test including filling 6 1Litre beakers with 500ml of wastewater each, adding each beaker with coagulant, adjusting pH with HCl, mixing the content with a 6 paddle stirring machine, and sending 50ml of treated sample to the analytical lab.► Evaluating new coagulants and determining the effective dosage and optimum pH to reduce the fluoride ion concentration to 5ppm.► Managing administrative tasks such as uploading e-consignment notes, tracking logs of customer communication, list of banned substances, threshold limit value (TVL) and work permit to respective online databases and platforms.
