Liberty Wellbeing is an experienced collective of teachers offering Yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi, BodyBalance™ and Mindfulness Meditation classes and courses to all those living in Ashford and the surrounding areas. We also provide a selection of workshops which aim to improve physical fitness and health as well as mental wellbeing.Most of our classes are located at our very own private studio in Ashford. Working on-site at EDF Energy managing the permanent recruitment for one of Select’s biggest clients through a RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) model. Responsible for solely recruiting permanent staff throughout the South East and London from junior to very senior roles.- Generating and keeping strong working relationships with key stakeholders within EDF and understanding their needs for recruitment activity- Taking recruitment requirements from managers both face to face and over the phone and agreeing best recruitment method for the role- Advertising the role and sourcing for appropriate candidates directly- Interview potential candidates to assess fit and present to manager if applicable- Regular feedback with managers- Provide MI to both Select Appointments and EDF on activities and success rates etcAchievements:- Started billing within the first month- Over-delivered on billing targets (even though the agreed fee terms were very low)
