An experienced project manager and now an agile coach on a journey evolving from traditional ways of managing initiatives to a more collaborative and enabling way of working. Steadily and deliberately transforming myself as a project manager to become the next step along that path.I don't see projects anymore. Instead I see opportunities to create teams embodying and exhibiting a collaborative, dynamic and sustainable culture, linking them up over time to form a growing way of working that has at its heart a culture of enablement. Ahead of that growth I work to spread knowledge, create capability and foster open communication, laying the groundwork so a collaborative and enabling culture can continue growing.The most proud moments I have are:- When teams don't need me anymore. I love that!- Seeing the lightbulb moment in customer's eyes when they understand, through iterative feedback loops, what real collaboration is.- Being a contributor, amongst a fantastic group of contributors, towards something bigger.
