*This role was made redundant, due to Jaywing phasing out the Epiphany brand* Working closely with all teams across the agency to create bespoke design work for a range of different clientele. My roles included being lead creative on website projects as well as working closely with the CRO team to create high fidelity wireframes used to create prototypes for user testing sessions.I also worked within the UX team, participating in heuristic reviews to further explore improving user experiences.Creatively I help both PR and content teams when needed, helping generate ideas and translating these into designs.My roles internally include creating assets for pitch work as well as graphics that are used across all social media accounts.

Leading all creative briefs specifically web design and branding projects at a full-service marketing agency.My process for web design followed mapping user-flows and journeys, to sketching and wireframing. I then designed and prototyped the site and created style guides for developer handoff.In regards to branding, I took initial creative concepts all the way through to presenting and pitching them to the client along with creating brand guidelines.Other roles included management of existing web design and branding clients, attending pitches and meetings regarding potential design work, providing timing estimates for quotes, and creating internal design assets for social media, Facebook advertising and offline marketing collateral.
