Due to my considerable Service Operations experience I was seconded from Vodafone to support the MBS initiative where I was accountable for all aspects of the day to day operational running of the business including service management, incident resolution, interfacing with stakeholders and customer touch points. I also built trusted commercial based relationships with external partners and worked very closely with internal teams to support the delivery of all business instructions.My responsibilities included the management of operations budgets, data strategy, change requests and managing the product roadmap risk/issues.Introduced and managed the 'go to market' change governance process.Delivered cloud based case management solution, engaging 3rd part suppliers, negotiating contracts, creating e2e processes and I project managed the implementation.Designed, built and launched a data warehouse delivering more accurate real time management information.Designed and delivered a process to limit excess customer data allowance usage which delivered a significant monthly saving.

I was appointed as Change Project Manager for the delivery and simplification of Unified Communications One Net product sales capability to the Enterprise Small Sales organisation.I delivered sales acceleration in SMB channels through numerous process improvements and delivered the One Net product development roadmap. I was also responsible for scoping, defining and managing change activities within the channels.• Managed the enablement of Indirect Partner Channel to sell and order One Net Business and One Net Express products.• Introduced One Net Express to all SMB channels exceeding initial forecasts.• Successfully managed simplification changes of One Net Express 'lead to order' processes.

I was appointed to lead the end to end project delivery of complex Enterprise Unified Communications solutions. I defined project plans, obtained stakeholder buy-in, managed risks/issues and all aspects of project delivery. This included leading internal project reviews and managing all financials.• Deployed a multi-site unified communications migrations project for a UK wide office management company, delivering on time and under budget.• Managed delivery of pilot deployment of Nortel's Agile Communications Environment application software to a national high street bank. • Delivered a 4 location unified communications migration project for major University.• Planned a unified communications migration project for a British Medical Board.
