They are the exclusive dealer for global leading brands, offering a comprehensive range of materials handling, access equipment and cleaning solutions.Duties:• Analyse and improve existing marketing operations and campaigns • Develop and execute new multi-channel marketing campaigns• Building email marketing automation workflows• E-commerce product analysis and marketing• Building and improving online dashboard for real-time reporting• Sales and service operations mapping, evaluation and development• Data analysis and database structure creation• Customer segmentation• Telemarketing contractor recruitment, induction and coachingKey Achievements• Create direct lead notification to sales and service teams, reducing unnecessary touchpoints and the potential for lead information to be misplaced, whilst increasing speed of response.• Introduce personalised automated emails resulting in increased open and click-through rates.• Review and improve the sales flow of new hire deals through documenting the process, creating timeframe benchmarks, implementing online forms for internal and external use. This resulted in the removal of blind spots, bottlenecks and pain points.• Built Net Promoter Score tool through integrating multiple MarTech platforms, saving $12,500 per annum.• Successfully manage the rollout of a new Google Data Studio dashboard that allows upper management to have access to real-time results of the Net Promoter Score. Tangibly of the data allow managers to acknowledge staff efforts, measure new marketing/service initiatives and how this impacts customer perception.
