I am a corporate restructuring specialist in the areas of post M&A integration, pre M&A separation and large scale group Legal Entity Rationalisation projects.I have over 10 years experience across the restructuring, banking and consulting sectors, with the last 5 years spent specialising in the planning, analysis and execution of international restructuring projects on behalf of JC’s clients. Working closely with our clients’ core back office functions (tax, legal, controllership, IT, HR, CoSec, finance), we need to be open and flexible in our analysis in order to understand their problems and drivers, and we need to demonstrate strong leadership in order to get the many functions engaged in our project and develop advocates.I am CA qualified, and am passionate about providing a service that simplifies complexity, and has such a profound benefit to our clients and their employees.
