I also partnered with senior leaders and stakeholders to identify and address the learning needs and gaps of the organisation and its people.Before joining Thriva Health, I was the Director and Head of Learning at Ping Learning and mcm creative group, where I led the creation and delivery of short-duration, high-impact, and professionally facilitated experiential learning for clients in London and the South East. I leveraged my expertise in learning and development, professional skills, and skill development to create interactive and innovative learning experiences that generated 'ping' or eureka moments for learners and led to measurable changes in culture, mindset, and performance. I have more than ten years of experience in the learning and development field, and I hold a Master Diploma in Learning and Development from the Trainers Accreditation Programme.
