I am a Fellow of the IChemE with significant production management experience, supported by technical management and project management skills. I have a number of years’ experience of the manufacture of finished products from base raw materials, integrating with supply chain at both ends of the manufacturing process. I work successfully within the COMAH / EP / ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / OSHAS 18001 environment, managing both unionised shift teams and a professional-level day team, alongside a managing multi-million pound production budget. I believe that above all of this, team-work, good leadership, personnel development and personal accountability are the critical factors to success.I am a dual national (British & Italian) and therefore capable of working both in the UK and the EU without work visas.
