Leading the Account Systems Engineer (Presales) team for the Commercial segment in the Nordic (Denmark, Finland, Norway & Iceland).Together with my team of experienced Systems Engineers, I have the final technical responsibility for the solutions we deliver to our customers in the Nordic region.I accepted the challenge in the middle of the biggest "tech merger" in history, knowing that there would be a major change management task while keeping the focus on the business and creating the necessary results.

Head of the Danish team of System Engineers until the official merger of Dell and EMC dated 6 February 2017. A period of great uncertainty in the team, which was a major task as a new manager.

Together with my sales counterpart, we dedicated our time to build a significant footprint in the Danish Service Provider marketed for EMC.Besides being a highly competitive market, there is a great need for equal risk - we have succeeded in both parameters and over the years have built up small and large solutions with our partners at the Danish and Nordic markets.

As the technical go-to-person for both end customers and Business Partners to EMC, positioning EMC’s solutions, strategy and visions within Cloud, Big Data & Trust.As a Partner Presales Specialists i was working closely with our channel partners and distributors on a daily basis with sales campaign, education, customer meetings, seminars, forums etc. Deliver ongoing training and product positioning, that supported our Business Partners to understand the operational, financial and business impact of our solutions.Additionally I was supporting with technical expertise for our internal sales group - assisting in the analysis, design and development of fully integrated solution for our end customers.

Through in-depth dialogue and analytical models, I advised our customers where they could get the most value from their IT investments. The focus was mainly on IT infrastructure and software licensing.I participated in the projects from start to finish, which included analysis, solution design and continuous optimization.

As the third employee in Credocom I had from day one great responsibility. I was allocated the largest and most technically demanding customers and had the daily responsibility for their satisfaction.In addition, I have played an active role in the development of Credocom until the merger with RespektIT in 2012.

During the period I showed good sales performance and have managed to maintain a generally high standard of revenue and other sales parameters, despite the fact that I had a significant task within the service, RMA and general management of approx. 10-15 people on a daily basis.
