Andros is a French privately owned global food & beverage business with 34 factories around the world producing high quality products for Retail, Food Service & Industrial sectors with a multi billion Euro annual turnover. My remit included Australia and French Territories in the Pacific. A key pillar in addition to our Retail branded, B2B, Private Label, and specialist Bakery channels was scoping and the subsequent launch into Foodservice Distributor delivered via a fit for purpose 3PL structure. The first stage included the launch of a diverse range of premium value-adding lines (Barker's Professional, Bonne Maman) from the international manufacturing base.
