Financial education is about more than just money, it's about behaviour. It's not always about how much money you have, but what you do with it that will help you achieve your goals. I'm currently working as a Business Analyst at SS&C Technologies where I'm able to utilise my skills to maintain our member administration system and help implement more efficient processes for better member outcomes.I've previously held Business Analyst, Communications Coordinator and Paraplanner roles within both Mine Super and DFK Crosbie. My Communications Coordinator role focused on updating member communications, maintaining the website and member portal. My Paraplanner roles exposed me to different financial advice business models and allowed me to further develop my technical skills, particularly in the use of XPLAN.Developing strategies to show people how they can achieve their goals is what drives my passion for financial advice.Working in the financial services industry, you learn very quickly to adapt to the ever evolving landscape. Over the past five years I've been able to develop my financial advice skills through both practical experience and further education, including passing my FASEA financial adviser exam.
