An accomplished professional with over 20 years’ experience at international NGOs working across global health, development and social change.• Leadership and strategy: senior leadership team and team management experience, alongside strategy development and implementation at both organisational and programme level.• Programme management and resourcing: extensive programme and project management experience including staff and budget management, capacity and work-planning, stakeholder management, and resource mobilization including proposal writing.• Health communications and behaviour change: expertise in health communications and behaviour change theory and practice. Extensive experience in communications for social change across HIV, health, development and conflict prevention organisations.• Monitoring, evaluation and learning: experience developing and improving MEL systems and approaches at organisational and programme level, as well as resource mobilisation to support evaluation.• Small organisation and remote team working: experience working at senior level within a small international organisation, within a fully remote working structure.
