Looking back over the last 18 years I have been either training Agile, delivering using Agile methods or Coaching teams to use it - which explains why my passion is delivering transformation in IT using Agile approaches - great solutions using awesome people, and, training and developing people. I am an accredited PMI Instructor (PMI ATP) and seasoned Programme (MSP Pract) and project manager (PMP #421420 and PMI-ACP #1864333), an accredited Agile expert (SAMC), and experienced trainer (SCT and past MCT) with business and people management and leadership experience over 30 years. I have also been line manager to a team of 31 top software industry consultants at Microsoft, UK. My experience spans delivering a wide range of IT software and infrastructure projects, HR projects and other business change projects. People who know me would say I'm a strong communicator, a people person who is also a good listener, quietly confident and yet persuasive and respectful. Conference Speaker: I am a conference speaker known for covering subjects in Agile project management, risk management and other leadership subjects.Personal Career Goals: I want to be part of teams who are committed to Agile transformation, willing to risk failing in order to deliver the extraordinary! Most would say that I'm inquisitive, curious, analytical and a problem solver at heart. I love a challenge involving working with creative thinkers. This has definitely driven my past career choices.
