Passionate about UX Research for good and for fun, striving to understand and serve users from across cultures and contexts. With a background in HCI, Computer Science, and Psychology, I always approach my work with a toolbox of qualitative research experience, an enthusiasm for mixed-methods research, technical and software development skills, and, most importantly, empathy. I approach research with experience with a variety of methods, including: semi-structured interview, think-aloud protocol, digital and paper prototyping, concept testing, storyboard speed-dating, affinity diagramming, and agile methodology. Tools I'm experienced with include: Mural, Figma, Git, Linux Environments, Android Studio, and Trello, as well as programming languages including Python, C, Java, Javascript, HTML5, and CSS.
