I work with people who have physical disabilities to help them to establish their own identity and to be independent. When people have alternative methods of communication, it is sometimes hard to express themselves, so I help them with their self confidence and encourage them to accomplish their goals. Secondly, I run Disability Awareness Workshops on a range of different Issues from communicating with people who have no speech to people with physical disabilities employing their own personal assistants.
