Design, build and deliver the build out of a global multi-club football operation, including the acquisitions of NYCFC and Melbourne City, investment partnerships with Yokohama and NAC Breda, and centralised football knowledge and servicing organisation City Football Services. Leadership and management of the City Football Services (CFS) organisation and its delivery of services to the clubs and clients of the group. Football Services are broken into three areas; Football Performance (to include all Coaching Methodology and Performance Analysis), Human Performance (to include all Medical, Sport and Human Sciences) and Talent Management (to include all Global Scouting and Recruitment, and Player Care programmes). In addition, to underpin all areas CFS have a Research and Innovation team that support the continual evolution of its systems and processes.
